Please join us for a free in-person event on Wednesday, September 7, 2022 at 6:30 p.m. at Beit Ariela Library in Tel Aviv. Meet and greet old and new friends, share your work, enjoy some of our illustrators’ and authors’ work, and then settle in for a fabulous lecture from Miri Leshem-Pelly, Regional Advisor Emerita of SCBWI Israel, about the whys and hows of planning a winning school visit. Miri has been visiting schools for 20+ years and currently holds 150+ visits each year, including virtual visits with schools in the U.S.. Miri will share some of the secrets of planning great activities and holding kids’ attention, along with professional tips about branding and marketing your visits. The lecture portion of this event will take place in Hebrew.
Lecture will be in Hebrew. A recording will be made available following the event.
